Before performing the work or providing the proposal, he sent his team to our home to apply two test sites to the rough cut pine siding of our home to ensure and confirm that the correct mixture of product would be used to eliminate the mildew, without damaging the wood. The job was scheduled and the team that did the work were very professional and had great attention to detail. "On April 25,2025 we had our roof treated for moss removal. On one section of the roof we have moss again. The cleaning is supposed to be guaranteed for 3 years. I called the company about a month ago but my call was not returned. I emailed and received a response about a week later. Sal wrote back that he would send someone to take care of it. I waited 2 weeks and no one showed up. I emailed again and Sal said, “no worries”, he was going to take care of it. A couple of weeks have again passed and no sign of any solution. Apparently he doesn’t honor the guarantee. Immediately following the application of the chemicals Sal harassed me for weeks to leave positive feedback. I know now why he was rushing me to leave feedback before the roof was even dry. Don’t trust this guy. He lies and doesn’t keep his promises. BEWARE!!"

"I recently had my deck and fence power washed. I usually did it myself, but with a 3 year old I'd rather spend the time with my family. Plus these guys came with heavy duty equipment.
